Students receive two total attempts per quiz, consisting of one initial attempt and one retake.

Additional attempts or manual resets may be granted at Herbal Risings’ discretion and are not guaranteed.
Herbal Risings Academy issues certificates to students who successfully meet the applicable course requirements.

Unless a particular course expressly states otherwise, certificates do not automatically expire.
Certificates retain their original completion dates. Routine course updates do not automatically invalidate previously earned certificates.
Herbal Risings may revoke certificates for justified reasons, including fraud, falsified completion records, or issuance errors.
Legitimately earned certificates remain valid following a refund unless independently revoked for a justified reason.
Herbal Risings Academy provides public certificate verification.
A person with a valid certificate number, verification link, or QR code may view the student’s name, course title, completion date, and verification status.
Student email addresses, payment information, quiz responses, and other private account information are not intended to be publicly disclosed through certificate verification.
Students may request removal of public certificate verification by contacting support@herbalrisings.com, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
The Herbal Risings name and sunrise logo are trademarks owned by Chad Olshavsky and are associated with the educational services and branding offered through HerbalRisings.com.
The Herbal Risings name and logo have been registered as trademarks in the State of Arizona. The scope of protection is subject to the applicable registration and trademark laws.
Original course materials, lessons, assessments, illustrations, graphics, downloadable resources, website content, and other educational materials are owned by Chad Olshavsky or their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
Each course purchase grants one student a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for individual educational use while access remains available.
Students may download materials specifically provided for personal study.
